Tapeline ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Tapeline mobile application and website (measures.fit).
Your data is stored on secure servers. Photos are stored in Cloudflare R2 with private access controls — only you can access your photos via time-limited signed URLs. We do not sell, share, or provide your personal data to third parties.
You can export all your data as CSV at any time from Settings. You can delete your account and all associated data permanently from Settings → Delete Account.
Tapeline processes body measurements, weight, wellness scores, and optional body photos — categories that may constitute sensitive personal data under applicable laws (e.g. GDPR Article 9). By using the app and logging this data you explicitly consent to its processing solely for the purposes described in this policy. You may withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account.
Progress photos you upload are stored in Cloudflare R2 object storage with strict private access controls. Photos are never publicly accessible — they are served exclusively via short-lived signed URLs generated on demand for your account only. We do not use your photos for training AI models, advertising, or any purpose other than displaying them back to you inside the app.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account from Settings → Delete Account, all personal data including measurements, wellness scores, and body photos is permanently and irreversibly deleted within 30 days. Anonymised aggregate statistics (e.g. total number of logs, not linked to any individual) may be retained for product analytics.

Tapeline provides health-related metrics such as BMI, body fat percentage, waist-to-hip ratio, and waist-to-height ratio for informational purposes only. These metrics are estimates based on the data you enter and should not be considered medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any health-related decisions or changes to your diet, exercise, or lifestyle.
